On the schedule table, add a column for group - like departments, so there is proper grouping in the HTML for which activities per groupAdd color themes to make it more intuitive like dark, light, nord...
Allow users to define custom input column names (e.g., "Start" → "Beginn", "Note" → "Notiz") to support different languages.
Add an option to set a different bar color for selected tasks so they stand out in the Gantt.
If the Progress cell is blank, the popup should not show 0%. It should be hidden or shown as “Not set”
If a task is overdue, show a short hint in the popup like “Task needs re-evaluation”.
Compare % complete with time passed and flag tasks that are falling behind schedule.
Mark a task as Delayed when its progress does not match the elapsed working days.
Use stronger colors or markers for overdue tasks so delays stand out immediately.
Display the total project length in working days so users see the full timeline at a glance.
Show a small summary of how many tasks are Completed, In Progress, Pending, or Delayed.
